I graduated from Grove City College in 2010 with a degree in Christian Thought and knew I wanted a career that was people-focused and culture-driven. After working at several other customer-focused companies, I found my way to WebstaurantStore and I have loved it ever since. I started as a Customer Solutions Specialist in 2017 and I am now a Team Leader. I love being able to take a customer who finds themselves in a frustrating situation and help them find a resolution that helps them run their business more profitably and effectively. The culture here of 'Do the Right Thing' and 'Great Employees Only' fits perfectly with the ethos of Grove City College. For me, the dynamic nature of our work environment is refreshing and I love every moment of it.

Working at WebstaurantStore is different from anywhere else I've worked because I'm always challenged to learn and excel, but I'm also supported by those around me. Because we're so tech focused, we're continually evolving which is exciting and motivating. My favorite part of the job is seeing my team pitch ideas and then watching those ideas come to fruition. I graduated from Grove City in 2011 with a degree in Communication Studies. I feel like the skills and information that I learned as a student have served me very well throughout all aspects of my life! Skills like interpersonal and organizational communication to social media and technological literacy have had a major impact on my life and career! My time as a student at Grove City also taught me that I am stronger and more resilient than I thought, and that I can push past the limits that I think are in place!

I started in the Customer Solutions department here at WebstaurantStore in the spring of 2018, and I love my job! One of the many things I love about WebstaurantStore is how much empowerment and support that all of us are given and encouraged to share! This company goes so far out of its way to make sure that we get the tools to not only succeed and thrive professionally but also to have balance with life outside of work!
