My professional career began at the WebstaurantStore as a Customer Solutions intern prior to my senior year at Lebanon Valley College. I eventually found my way back to the WebstaurantStore, but this time as a full-time employee serving as the company's Benefits Administrator. I work with our benefits and payroll staff to coordinate our company benefits. Additionally, I serve as a resource to all employees for questions regarding our benefits and policies.

I'm proud to be a part of a company that seeks out people who are great at what they do, but more importantly, have a positive outlook along the way. I find it rewarding to work for a company that also recognizes the importance of a work-life balance. I enjoy using the gym here at work, bringing my dog into the office, and spending time with members of my department over lunch at some of the local restaurants here in Lititz, PA.

Jamie Customer Solutions Consultant

I graduated from Lebanon Valley College in May of 2011 with a degree in History and Secondary Education. After struggling to find a full-time teaching job, I connected with another LVC alum who had nothing but praise for the WebstaurantStore. I decided to take the leap in August 2013 by applying for a position as a Customer Solutions Specialist. I currently work as a Payments Consultant, serving as a liaison between our Accounting and Customer Solutions department while also working directly with customers who are looking to lease equipment through our website. As part of the Consultant role, I assist with coaching our new hires in the Customer Solutions department and educating current reps on new processes / updates. I'm thankful for the connections I made at LVC as it has helped lead me to a successful career!

WebstaurantStore continues to challenge and promote growth by encouraging associates to think big picture and outside the box. No idea goes unheard which is often not the case in large work environments. It's also an amazing feeling to be able to come to work each day and feel like you're surrounded by a large group of your best friends. A huge focus is placed on employee morale and we're fortunate to have vendor provided lunches, volleyball tournaments, and a plethora of team building activities to continue to motivate us as a department. I can't wait to see what the future holds at WebstaurantStore!

I started working at WebstaurantStore as a Photo Editor Intern during my senior year at Lebanon Valley College. One of the best parts about doing an internship at WebstaurantStore was how accommodating my managers were in creating a work schedule that meshed with my class schedule. After graduating in May, I began working as a part time Photo Editor before earning a full time opportunity in August 2014.

One of my favorite things about working at WebstaurantStore is the atmosphere in which individuals feel comfortable voicing their opinions, suggestions, and criticisms in a productive way. This reminded me of the classroom environments I experienced at Lebanon Valley College. At WebstaurantStore, we are encouraged to think of ways to improve our daily functions and the company as a whole. This atmosphere encourages employees to find, and pursue, work-related interests. The end result is the creation of employees who are excited about, and excel in, their roles.

Jacob Parts Project Manager

I graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2011 and began working at WebstaurantStore that autumn. I currently work as a Project Manager on the Parts Team, where I help writers craft informative product descriptions for things like thermostats, burners, and electronic controls, while also working to make the site more user-friendly for customers shopping for replacement parts. The type of content we write requires a lot of attention to detail and background research, and I really feel like LVC gave me a good skillset for the type of work I do.

WebstaurantStore is also just a great place to work, largely due to the company culture. A lot of value is placed on new, innovative solutions and solid industry experience, and I feel fortunate to work for a place that gives its employees the tools and resources needed to provide both for our customers. I learned those values at LVC, and it is fulfilling to work with a community that appreciates them just as much. Other perks like catered lunches, games in the break room, and a cooking class on your birthday month make it even more enjoyable to work here!
