That's why Cooper-Atkins has developed the EconoTemp line of thermocouples and kits to assist you with your food safety program. The 93013-K EconoTemp type-K thermocouple thermometer kit with 3 probes and soft carry case includes a 32311-K thermocouple with a protective rubber boot that makes the instrument water-resistant, shock-resistant, and easy to grip. The molded tab on the side of the boot holds the probe of choice when not in use.

With a measuring range of -40 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and accuracy within + / - 1 degree of the temperature reading, this versatile instrument will give you a precise reading on everything from frozen fish filets to a pot of chicken noodle soup. You can toggle back and forth between Fahrenheit and Celsius using the F/C button, and the included AAA batteries provide 4500 hours of use. After 10 minutes of inactivity, the automatic shut-off feature is enabled to conserve battery power.

This kit includes 3 different probes for the ultimate versatility - the 50012-K, 50306-K, and 50335-K. With the 50012-K angled surface probe, you can ensure that all cooking surfaces are up to the desired temperature to ensure food quality and safety, measuring temperatures from -40 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The 50306-K is perfect for hot or cold applications, and allows you to continually monitor oven, freezer, or refrigerated storage temperatures. It measures temperatures from -100 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Lastly, the 50335-K insertion probe is ideal for measuring the temperature of a variety of products, from hot liquids to frozen meats and even fresh produce, offering outstanding versatility perfect for any kitchen or food establishment. Keep the kit secure all in one place with the included soft carry case. For added convenience, you can swap out the included probes with any of the K-type probes in the Cooper-Atkins line (sold separately).
