This meat slicer has simple controls with an on / off button. It accommodates food up to 10 3/4" wide and 5 3/4" tall or a diameter of 7 1/2". The 13" chrome-plated carbon steel knife offers precision while providing several different slice adjustments. Its top-mounted ceramic stone sharpener hones the unit's knife in 15 seconds, and it's also removable for easy cleaning.
