This retractable awning is easy to operate with the manual rocker arm / hand crank. It easily retracts and expands using the multi-chambered, stainless steel, and dual-cabled lateral projection arms. It comes with a protective hood to cover 80% of the awning, including the front, top, and sides, when fully retracted. This awning also comes with a removable 10' valance for additional curb appeal.
